Company history
Founded by Mike Washer over a decade ago, ICS is a boutique financial services agency assisting many families and small businesses in the Mid-Atlantic.
In our early years, we were known as Insurance Consulting Services, however as our clients needs grew and our services expanded, we simply became known as ICS Financial.
Today we are represented by a handful of career agents and dozens of independent brokers from North Carolina to Maryland. Our agency is a Non-Captive career organization.
