Founded by Mike Washer over a decade ago, ICS Financial is a boutique financial services agency assisting many families and small businessees in the Mid-Atlantic.
In our early years, we were known as Insurance Consulting Servies, however as our clients needs grew and our services expanded, we simply became known as ICS Finanical.
Today we are represented by a handful of career agents and dozens of independent brokers from North Carolina to Maryland. Our agency is a Non-Captive career organization.
